As the new academic year begins, Ryazan State Medical University (RyazSMU) is excited to welcome our first-year students. This week our new Indian students came to Ryazan. They had lots activities designed to help them acclimate to both the university and the city of Ryazan.

Members of the Foreign Students’ Council have been actively engaged in guiding our new students around the campus. These excursions serve as a crucial introduction to RyazSMU, providing insights into our facilities, classrooms, and resources. Students have had the opportunity to familiarize themselves with key locations, including the library, canteen and study areas. This familiarity is essential for easing the transition into university life, allowing new students to feel comfortable and prepared for their studies.

Recognizing the challenges that come with moving to a new country, RyazSMU offers a range of support services tailored for international students. The International Office, Visa and Registration Department and Dean’s Office are available to assist with visa issues, academic guidance, and integration into campus life.
