Recently Nigerian students of RSMU have celebrated Nigeria Independence Day.

The party was organized by Nigerian students with the help of the Association of Nigerian Students in Ryazan.

Other RSMU students from Ghana, South Africa, Cameroon, Zambia, Swaziland, Algeria, Uganda, Kenya and representatives of RSMU administration were invited as guests.

The Dean of the Faculty of International Students Viktor Okorokov greeted the audience and the Head of the Department of Extra Curriculum Activity Vladimir Vasyliev awarded prominent students with certificates and small prizes.

The celebration program included a traditional costume show and many other performances and ended with cutting a cake shaped as a Nigeria flag.
