The faculty was established in 1991. Since then more than 1000 specialists in dentistry have graduated from the University. Now they work in dental clinics in Russia and abroad.
The educational program brings together traditional ways of teaching and modern teaching technologies. Full-time education takes 5 years, evening classes – 5, 5 years.
The curriculum of the first year includes humanitarian, socio-economic and natural-science subjects. During the second year and further on students learn professional subjects such as propaedeutics, dental surgery and orthopedics, dental disease prevention etc.
