Secondary vocational education programs are implemented in 4057 educational organizations of the Russian Federation. 

Recently the Main Information Center of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation has presented results of the secondary vocational education program monitoring 2021. It evaluated secondary vocational education programs across all their core missions: academic performance, research activity, international issues, employment prospects for graduates, financial and economic activities etc.

RSMU demonstrated a pretty high level of training quality which in 2021 appeared to be above the average values by 13 points. RSMU Efremov Branch (Tula) improved its positions and was placed 4 points above the average values.
